JENNIFER GOLDMAN

Jennifer is a Registered Psychotherapist with a background in Teaching (K-Gr12) Holistic Nutrition, and Parenting. Jennifer follows a Humanistic and Solutions Based approach to therapy that focuses on seeing the client as a resource for his/her own healing. Jennifer also draws upon CBT, Gestalt, Relational, and Psychodynamic tools. She has a special interest in emotional eating, addictions, relationships, and parenting. Jennifer is available to work with adolescents and adults and is currently pursuing education in couples/family therapy from an EFT perspective.

Dr. Caley Bell-Pasht

Caley is a psychotherapist (qualifying) with a specialization in supporting people suffering from chronic pain. Caley is a dually-certified psychotherapist (qualifying) and chiropractor. As an experienced chiropractor, Caley became increasingly aware of the need for mental health professionals with an expertise in the area of chronic pain. She decided to take this on herself and began her own training in the field of counselling psychology in 2020 and is now a qualifying member of the College of Registered Pyschotherapists of Ontario. She is trained in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and Pain Reprocessing Therapy (PRT) and Motivational Interviewing (MI). Caley is now accepting clients for her chronic pain psychotherapy practice here at Ellis Park Medical.

Erin Thomson

Erin Thomson completed her Masters Degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at Lesley University in 2011 and she has been a member of the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario since 2015. Her past clinical experiences include helping individuals struggling with depression and anxiety as well as helping individuals who seek healing and recovery from traumatic experiences. She is also dedicated to helping individuals navigate life challenges such family/work stress and loss. Working primarily through an attachment-based and trauma-informed lense, Erin’s therapeutic approach is client-centered, drawing from evidence-based modalities such as Internal Family Systems (IFS), Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), and mindfulness-based approaches to help ease distress and increase emotional regulation. Erin will work with adolescents and adults.
