JENNIFER GOLDMAN
Jennifer Goldman is a Registered Psychotherapist with advanced training in Internal Family Systems (IFS), Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT) and the Gottman Method for couples. She has worked at Ellis Park for several years and considers herself a general practitioner of mental health, supporting clients of all ages and issues. Jennifer enjoys working with teens, adults, and couples experiencing anxiety, depression, ADHD, autism, binge eating, perimenopause, and relationship concerns. She is LGBTQIA+ allied and takes a whole-person approach to care, helping clients recognize how their past shapes the way they show up today and providing a safe, supportive space to explore new ways of coping and creating meaningful change. Caley Bell-Pasht
Caley is a registered psychotherapist with a specialization in supporting people suffering from chronic pain. Caley is a dually-certified psychotherapist and chiropractor. She offers evidence based psychological and lifestyle iterventions to help people suffer less and do more of what matters. She is trained in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and Pain Reprocessing Therapy (PRT) and Motivational Interviewing (MI). Caley is now accepting clients for her chronic pain psychotherapy practice here at Ellis Park Medical.
Erin Thomson
Erin Thomson completed her Masters Degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at Lesley University in 2011 and she has been a member of the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario since 2015. Her past clinical experiences include helping individuals struggling with depression and anxiety as well as helping individuals who seek healing and recovery from traumatic experiences. She is also dedicated to helping individuals navigate life challenges such family/work stress and loss. Working primarily through an attachment-based and trauma-informed lense, Erin’s therapeutic approach is client-centered, drawing from evidence-based modalities such as Internal Family Systems (IFS), Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), and mindfulness-based approaches to help ease distress and increase emotional regulation. Erin will work with adolescents and adults.
